New Freemason Progresses In Style
Following a slick opening of the lodge, the Lodges newest Freemason, Bro. John Mabey demonstrated his metal by answering the usual questions to allow him to be passed to the second degree in Freemasonry (called a Fellow Craft Freemason). In front of so many Master Masons listening to him intently made the occasion charged with tension.
Overcoming his nerves and “stage fright”, Bro. John did a superb job and with much aplomb, answered every question word perfect, with much confidence.
Commenting, Bro. John said:
I am really pleased I did so well as I put a lot of time in to learning and practicing my lines. Yes I was nervous, but concentrated on trying to stay calm and making a good job of it.
