What We Do Between Masonic Meetings
By Bro. Lt Col Ian Harper
Ever wondered what Freemasons get up to when they are not doing their “stuff” ? Simple the same as you.
In this case, Bro. Ian Harper spent time up in the North East in Morpeth, about 20 miles north of Newcastle.
He was there to visit five Knights Templar Preceptors as well as two Lodges, all in whom he has friends.

However, during the day, he and a good friend and trusty Mason, W.Bro Ian Hudson, went hill walking for four hours in the wilds of Northumberland choosing a spectacular day with blue skies.
Hudson wirily remarked, “It’s a bit like summer but with minus six temperatures”.
We even had our own little air display as we had a low fast fly over by an RAF Hawk, “Pretty cool !” … yep at minus six it was !
