First Visit of Porchway Lodge’s Provincial Representative

The first Lodge meeting for 2019 kicked off in style with our Official Visitor, W. Bro Steve Rush PProvJGD, the Provincial Grand Master’s representative, making his first visit to the Lodge.
Arriving early W. Bro Steve Rush set about informally meeting the members before the Lodge opened.

W.Bro Steve spent time in deep conversation with W.Bro Geoff Greenhlagh one of the Lodge’s most senior masons, with an amazing record of over 53 years uninterrupted service to the Porchway Lodge.

W.Bro Steve Rush was greeted in due form responded by saying, “ I am delighted to be Porchway Lodges’ Official Visitor and very much loook forward to working with and suporting you”. At the Festive Board, he went on to say, “the work in the temple this evening was done with heart and came over really strong”, commenting on the sums raised for charity during the eveing he said, “ It is really impressive to see £167 collected in Lodge and it is simply amazing a further £220 has been raided through your raffle this eveing, thank you all for your generosity”.
