Festival 2019 Given Additional Donation

During Porchway Lodges meeting at Croydon Masonic Hall on Saturday 13th January 2019, in the presence of the their Official Visitor, W.Bro.
Steven Rush, the Lodge Treasurer, W.Bro John Soggee, announced it had presented a further £2000 to support the Surrey Festival. In doing so, bringing it closer to meeting it’s the Province’s £3.45 million Festival Target.
During his address, the Lodge’s Official Visitor, W.Bro Steve Rush, on behalf of RW.
Ian Chandler, the Province’s Grand Master, extended his heartfelt thanks for the hard work and generosity of the Brethren in raising the money.
He also said, he was impressed the meetings collection amounted £167 and the raffle £220, with all the prizes being donated by the members.
