Celebrating Christmas - A Meal with Brothers

Ever since joining Porchway Lodge, we have always come together at the end of the year for a very social occasion, having a good meal, a few beers and above all, enjoying excellent company for those who have supported the Lodges of Instruction.
Now as Master of the Lodge, I was keen to ensure we continue the motion.
The Kingswood Arms being a superb pub with great food, ambience, access and parking was chosen.
In total we had 13 sitting down for supper. The company was excellent and made more enjoyable by a potential candidate joining us and find out a bit more about us and Freemasonry.
The evening was characterised by laughter happiness and warmth knowing we were all sharing a deep bond of friendship which is given so freely amongst Masons.
The final duty of the evening being to wish everyone a peaceful and Happy Christmas, which is warmly extended to all those who read this blog.
